One Excel or Google Sheets file is enough. Upload it, Synclo reads it once, and you can start asking Alci questions about your own data straight away. If you already run SAP, Oracle or Dynamics, you can connect it instead.

Very little. Most work in Synclo starts with a plain question or command, such as "who is on leave next week?" or "send the overdue invoice reminders". Alci shows the answer and the screen behind it, so people learn as they go.

Yes. You can export supported data at any time, subject to your permissions. After cancellation you have 14 days to export, unless we agree a different period.

No. Alci works only within the permissions of the person asking. If you cannot open a record yourself, Alci cannot show it to you.

No. Your workspace data is never used to train public AI models.

Yes, for anything important. Alci assists your people; a person should review its answers and suggestions before decisions about money, people or customers.

Your administrators give each person a role. Roles decide which modules, records, reports and actions each person can use. Change or remove access whenever people join, move or leave.

Yes. Sign-ins, administrator actions, permission changes, approvals and key record changes are logged so you can see who did what and when.
